Aachi-Baji Bonda Flour Mix- 200g, can be served as an evening snack for your people at home. It is tasty and can be prepared quickly.
Heat oil in a cooker.Add chopped onions, fry till golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook till raw flavour goes off. Add curd, lime juice and Aachi Briyani Masala followed by mint leaves and coriander leaves. Add vegetables / pressure cooked mutton / chicken, 1 litre water, salt and rice. Pressure cook till 3 whistles. Finally top the rice with ghee and mix well. Tasty Briyani is ready-to-serve.
Aachi-Chicken Manchurian Masala-200g
fresh and clean boneless chicken into cube shape and coat with 2 tbsp. of corn flour. Deep fry it until cooked. Step 2: Heat oil and sauté ½ cup of capsicum in a frying pan and keep aside.

Aachi-Dhal Rice Powder-200g
Add 1 table spoon of Ghee / Gingelly Oil or Edible oil of your choice with 200g of Pre-cooked rice. Add Aachi Dhal Rice Powder. Mix well till uniform blend. Aachi Dhal Rice is ready to serve. Ingredients Bengal Lentil, Red Lentil, Black Lentil, Green Gram, Salt, Compounded Asafoetida, Red Chilli Powder, Garlic and Black Pepper.
Aachi-Lemon Rice Powder-200g
Boil 250g of rice. Heat the oil to add mustard seeds, urad dhal, red chillies and curry leaves. Add Aachi Lemon Rice Powder. Add 50ml of water and desired quantity of salt to taste. Saute for a fine blend. Mix the prepared seasoning to the pre-boiled rice. Now tasty Aachi Lemon Rice is ready to serve.
Aachi-Pani Puri Masala-200g
Grind mint leaves, green chillies and sour lime to a paste. Blend the paste with 1 litre of water and salt. Add 2tbsp of Aachi PaniPuri Masala to it. Chill, strain and serve with filled puris.
Aachi-Pav Bhaji Masala-200g
Take 5tsp oil and 30g salted butter in a pan. Add 2 medium (100g) chopped onions, 2 big (125g) chopped capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
